Adekunle Gold after aiming a dig at Joeboy, also advised the singer to concentrate on his club in future

Popular Afrobeats singer, Adekunle Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold has mocked his colleague, Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa-Donus aka Joeboy, after he lost a N3 million bet.
It all started when Joeboy took to social media to reveal he placed a bet backing La Liga giants, Real Madrid to beat North London Club, Arsenal in Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) quarterfinal first leg tie scheduled for the Emirates Stadium.

hours before the encounter on his official X page, he wrote: “Cashing out on Arsenal tears tonight!”
However, after the match ended, the Gunners against all odds thrashed the Los Blancos 3-0 thanks to a brace from Declan Rice and another goal from Mikel Merino.

Reacting after Joeboy lost his bet, Adekunle Gold reposted his tweet and went on to mock him, saying “Next time face your club.”
Speaking after reposting the now viral tweet, he wrote, “Lmao. You don go blow stream money . Next time face your club.”
Had Real Madrid beaten Arsenal, the singer would have won N10.3 million.
