Nollywood star and movie producer Bimbo Ademoye has expressed surprise over the decision of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 11 housemate Chinaecherem Maduagwu, better known as Neche, to voluntarily exit the reality show.
The 35-year-old thespian publicly expressed shock and disbelief at the reality star’s sudden exit on Monday in a post shared on her official Instagram page.
Earlier, Neche had announced to the other housemates that she was leaving following Sunday’s live eviction show, but she did not disclose the reason for her decision at the time, leaving several of them emotional.

However, reacting to the voluntary exit a day later, the organisers of the show said Neche ended her pursuit of the ₦160 million grand prize due to pressing personal matters that required her immediate attention.
“Neche took this decision as a result of pressing personal matters, which she said required immediate attention,” the statement read.
Speaking on Neche’s exit from the show, Bimbo Ademoye described the decision as shocking, adding that she had hoped it would turn out to be a prank.
“I am still in shock. What just happened? Neche took a voluntary exit? Somebody tell me this is a prank,” she wrote.
Meanwhile, some of the other housemates have expressed doubts about Neche’s exit, stating that it could be a twist by Big Brother.
