Nigerian actor and self-acclaimed Nollywood ‘bad boy’ James Ikechukwu Esomugha, popularly known as Jim Iyke, has said he was once married.
The 45-year-old star said this while being interviewed by renowned journalist and lawyer, Chude Jideonwo on his show #WithChude.
According to the ace actor, there are so many things about his life that he has kept away from the prying eyes of the public

He went on to say he does not like to be figured out, so he doesn’t like revealing all about himself, as that will leave him with nothing else to offer.
He said, “I have had a failed marriage, so many failed…and nobody knows. I have two…three beautiful kids, how are you going to know.
“I hate to be figured out. Once you have me figured out, I have nothing else to offer.”
In addition to his failed marriage, the movie star also said he went into a lot of business ventures that did not succeed either.
“For a long time, every business I involved myself failed woefully,” he added.
He ended the interview by saying he is only human and not an island to himself.
The versatile actor once said he is not following anyone on social media because he wanted to protect his kids.
According to him, microblogging platforms are not a place to discuss private things and so his social media handles are strictly for business.
