Prior to this revelation, Pulisic has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer and The Reds are now trying to pry him away from West London.
Chelsea are reported to be keen on signing Barcelona winger, Ousmane Dembele, a situation which might mean the American internationals will fall down the pecking order.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are eager to capitalise on the situation and bring him in as a replacement for Mane, who seems determined to leave Anfield after eight years at the Premier League club.
The Senegalese is reportedly a target for Bayern Munich, and the Reds want Pulisic, who plays in a similar position to take his place in the team in case he leaves.
Pulisic who joined the Blues in 2019 from Borussia Dortmund has appeared for Chelsea 74 times and scored 19 goals in all competitions during that time.
