“I foretold the former things long ago, my mouth announced them known; then suddenly I acted, and they came to pass” (Isaiah 48:3)
Did you know that one touch of God’s favour can put you 50 years down the road? You can be at a lower position at work, just going along being your best, honouring God, and, suddenly, things can change. One good break, one idea, one person who likes you, and, suddenly, you find yourself at the top. You didn’t see it coming. Things just fell into place. That’s God shifting things in your favour.
One of my sons-in-Christ had been lamenting and languishing in abject poverty. But the table turned to his favour, just under a week; he now talks in millions.
In this second part of the year, God can cause opportunity to find you. He has unexpected blessings that will cause you to suddenly meet the right person; suddenly you’ll see your status change. What happened? You came into a shift. God breathed in your direction. What used to be a struggle is not a struggle anymore. What should have taken years will happen in a fraction of the time. You may feel like you’re stuck right now. You could never accomplish a dream, never overcome a problem. It’s just being too long. You’ve missed too many opportunities. But God is saying, “Get ready! I’m about to shift things.”
Doors that have not opened in the past will open for you. Those who are against you will suddenly change their minds and be for you. Problems that have dragged for years will suddenly turn around. You are coming into a shift! Because you have honoured God, He will put you in a position you never could have attained on your own. It’s not just your education, not just your talent, or the family you come from; it’s the hand of God shifting you to a new level of your destiny.
I’m not just trying to make you feel good. I’m declaring: “A shift is coming.” A shift in your health, your finances, in a relationship. It may not look like it in the natural, but we serve a supernatural God. He’s about to breathe in your direction in a new way. The enemies you had seen in the past you will see no more. The addictions and bad habits holding you back are being broken.
I prophesy into your destiny, what should have taken you 40 years to accomplish, God will do it in a split second.
