Itele D’Icon, while appealing to his wife, wrote, “Please stop. This is not your fight, and I don’t want you involved in it.”

Nollywood actor and filmmaker Ibrahim Yekini Salako, popularly known as Itele D’Icon, has taken to social media to publicly urge his wife, Olayiwola Aminat Omowunmi (also known as Beauty by Icon), to stand down from the drama involving fellow thespian Irewole Olaniyan.
The 46-year-old movie star issued the warning to his wife, who is also an actress, on Monday, October 5, 2026, via his verified Instagram story.
The saga started when an unnamed married woman accused Irewole Olaniyan of having an affair with her husband and demanded that she put an end to it.
Wading into the dispute, Beauty by Icon called Irewole a husband snatcher—a move that apparently caught Itele off guard and didn’t sit well with him.

Feeling the need to speak out, the actor went online to make it clear to his wife that he had no appetite for such noise.
He also told netizens that he had already tried handling things behind closed doors before making his appeal public.
Itele D’Icon wrote: “Dear wife, please stop all this. I’m not in support of it at all. Delete anything that has to do with this drama.
”I’ve spoken to you privately about it, but since nothing has changed, let me come out publicly so everyone can help me beg you.
”Please stop. This is not your fight, and I don’t want you involved in it. Dear fans, please let peace reign. I believe she will listen now that I have come out publicly to plead with her. Peace over drama. Always.”
