Tiny, a UK-based Nigerian content creator residing in London, died on 6 March after suffering severe complications linked to the cosmetic procedure.

A Thai cosmetic clinic in Bangkok that performed the fatal penis enlargement procedure which ultimately claimed the life of Nigerian influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo has claimed the victim ignored medical advice to split the treatment into two stages rather than a single session.
This was revealed by Phuwadet Surakot, Director-General of the Department of Health Service Support in Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health, while providing an update on the case.
Tiny, a UK-based Nigerian content creator residing in London, died on 6 March after suffering severe complications linked to the cosmetic procedure.
According to reports, he developed acute chest pains and collapsed several hours after the procedure on 5 March. He was rushed to a local hospital for an emergency CT scan, but lost consciousness before the examination could take place.
Medical personnel subsequently performed CPR for 101 minutes, but he was pronounced dead in the early hours of 6 March.

Following Tiny’s death—which occurred less than 24 hours after he received hyaluronic acid penis filler injections—Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health launched a formal investigation into the clinic’s operations.
Announcing the decision on 7 September, Thai authorities pledged to investigate the facility’s compliance with strict medical safety standards.
During the preliminary inquiry, it was revealed that a post-mortem examination and toxicology report associated Ubiribo’s death with the hyaluronic acid injection and a subsequent pulmonary embolism.
Speaking on the case, Surakot stated that clinic officials informed investigators that Tiny had been explicitly advised by a doctor to divide the treatment into two sessions.
“The doctor advised him to split the procedure into two sessions, but he requested that the injection be conducted in a single session,” he said.
He added that the clinic claimed Tiny had been a patient since 2024 and had previously undergone five penile enlargement procedures without reporting any complications.
