The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has felicitated with Muslims across Nigeria on the occasion of the Eid-el Maulud celebration, calling for the virtues of peace, compassion and service to humanity.
The commission conveyed the message in a post on its official Facebook page on Tuesday.
The NCC urged Muslims to reflect on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), particularly his virtues of peace, compassion and service to humanity.

According to the commission, these values remain essential to promoting unity and national progress.
“May the virtues of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), peace, compassion and service to humanity, inspire unity and national progress,” the commission said.
The NCC also extended its best wishes to Muslim faithful across the country as they mark the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
The commission reaffirmed its commitment to promoting a connected Nigeria and encouraged values that foster unity and peaceful coexistence among citizens.
