For five remarkable decades, she has embodied a life of compassion, servant leadership, and unwavering commitment to humanity. As the Founder and President of JDM Global Foundation, she has become a beacon of hope for thousands of vulnerable individuals, proving that true greatness is not found in wealth or titles, but in the ability to lift others.
Her life is a testament to one simple belief: “The greatest legacy we can leave behind is not what we accumulate, but the lives we change.” Lolo Jennifer’s humanitarian journey did not begin because she had abundance—it began because she understood pain.
Growing up in Nigeria, she witnessed families unable to afford medical care, children denied education because of poverty, communities struggling without clean water, and young people whose dreams ended simply because opportunity never arrived.
Rather than look away, she chose to become part of the solution.
That decision gave birth to JDM Global Foundation, an organization committed to restoring hope, preserving dignity, and transforming communities through practical acts of love.
Through the Foundation, Lolo Jennifer has led numerous life-changing initiatives that continue to impact thousands.

Her work includes: Free medical outreaches providing healthcare to underserved communities; scholarships for indigent students; payment of WAEC registration fees for students whose families could not afford them; youth empowerment through vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and startup capital. She has also impacted the society through involvement in: clean water projects through community boreholes; Feeding programs for vulnerable families; Financial assistance for hospital bills; Community development initiatives across Nigeria
Each project carries the same message: No one should be left behind because of his condition.
One of the Foundation’s landmark achievements was the construction and commissioning of a clean water borehole for the Nkwoagu Community in Ebonyi State. For years, residents depended on unsafe water sources that exposed families to preventable diseases. With the completion of the project, hundreds of families gained access to safe drinking water.
During the commissioning ceremony, the Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Abakaliki described Lolo Jennifer as “a woman with a heart of gold and a gift to the Body of Christ”. The community celebrated not only the gift of clean water but also the compassion behind it. In keeping with her servant heart, she ensured everyone present was fed during the celebration. For many, the project represented more than infrastructure—it represented hope.
Education remains one of Lolo Jennifer’s greatest passions. Recognizing that many brilliant students are forced to abandon their dreams because of financial hardship, she established scholarship initiatives that continue to support deserving children and young adults. Numerous students across Anambra State have received scholarships through JDM Global Foundation, while many others have had their WAEC examination fees fully paid.
For struggling parents, these acts have been life-changing. One grateful mother described the experience simply: “She lifted a burden that I could never have carried alone.”
Lolo Jennifer believes charity should never create dependence—it should create opportunity. Through youth empowerment initiatives, young men and women receive vocational skills, business support, equipment, and startup capital to become financially independent.
One young beneficiary, after receiving a brand-new motorcycle to begin his business, enthused: “Lolo Jennifer has given me fresh hope in life.” Stories like his continue to inspire the Foundation’s mission.
Understanding that emergency response can mean the difference between life and death, JDM Global Foundation organized an intensive Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training program for 100 students representing 20 secondary schools across Anambra State. Medical professionals conducted the training over two days, equipping students and school leaders with lifesaving emergency response skills. Participants received certification and returned to their communities prepared to teach others, multiplying the impact far beyond the classroom.
During the event, the Secretary of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Venerable Okey Ifionu, described Jennifer as “someone under uncommon grace—kind, courageous, and deeply committed to serving humanity.”
Among the Foundation’s most impactful initiatives are its free medical outreaches. One outreach in Anambra State drew one of the largest attendances in recent years, serving children, adults, pregnant women, and senior citizens. Patients received free consultations, medications, health education, screenings, and referrals—many accessing healthcare for the first time in years.
For many families, these outreaches restored not only health but hope. When asked why she dedicates so much of her life, time, and resources to humanitarian work, Jennifer’s answer has never changed: “Many people ask me why I do all this. My answer is always the same—it is not because I am rich. I do this because God has given me a heart that cannot ignore the suffering of His people. Compassion is greater than wealth. You do not have to be wealthy to make a difference. You only need a willing heart.”
These words capture the philosophy that has guided every stage of her life.
Beyond her humanitarian work, Lolo Jennifer is an accomplished healthcare executive, registered nurse, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with more than two decades of professional experience spanning accounting, healthcare administration, nursing, and community leadership.
As the founder and chief executive of several healthcare organizations in the United States, she has built organizations dedicated to serving: Older adults; Individuals with developmental disabilities; Children with special needs; Families requiring home healthcare; Individuals needing community-based support. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in compassion, integrity, accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Committed to lifelong learning, Lolo Jennifer is currently pursuing graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, expanding her ability to address not only physical health but also the emotional and psychological well-being of individuals and families. She believes healthcare is most effective when it treats the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
Beyond healthcare and philanthropy, Lolo Jennifer is an inspiring mentor, motivational speaker, and advocate for women, youth, and aspiring entrepreneurs. She challenges others to rise above limitations, pursue excellence, and use their gifts to transform their communities. Her message is consistent: “Purpose is fulfilled when success becomes service.”
