Real Madrid head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, is looking beyond Bayern Munich, Arsenal, and Atletico Madrid to win this season’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) trophy, stating: “Not me, I’ve already given. But I say Paris Saint-Germain.”
The Italian tactician made the prediction recently during a candid interview with Il Giornale.
PSG, for the second year in a row, have knocked Premier League champions Liverpool out of the competition, this time with a 4-0 aggregate win in the quarter-finals.
The Ligue 1 giants are now set to face Bayern Munich in the semi-finals of the European competition.

Meanwhile, Arsenal will take on Atletico Madrid in the other last-four encounter, having eliminated Sporting CP and Barcelona respectively.
Wading into the debate over who he expects to lift the trophy this year, Ancelotti backed PSG—the current holders—to win the tournament again.
He added: “I’ve seen some amazing high-scoring games, like Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona and Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid, which were exciting for the fans.
“The Champions League is a tournament that doesn’t always favour the top teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Manchester City, but it’s still a competition where teams can improve and grow.”
