Beşiktaş midfielder and Super Eagles captain, Wilfred Ndidi, has seemingly played his last game for his club this season after sustaining a hamstring injury.
The 30-year-old, who joined the Turkish club from Sky Bet Championship side Leicester City last summer, picked up the injury during a derby defeat to Fenerbahçe last weekend.
The severity of the injury has now been confirmed, with scans showing the Nigerian suffered a Grade 2 hamstring injury.

The Nigerian international is expected to be sidelined for up to six weeks, covering the remainder of the Turkish regular season.
He might, however, be fit enough to take part in the Super Eagles’ international friendlies against Poland in Warsaw on 2 June and Portugal on 10 June 2026.
Ndidi has made 22 league appearances for Beşiktaş this season, contributing two goals.
