APC ward executives in Kogi reject purported resignation of ‘non-member’ Idris Husseini Kashim

The executive members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ajaka Ward 1, Igalamela/Odolu Local Government Area of Kogi State, have strongly dismissed claims that one Idris Husseini Kashim has resigned from the party, asserting that he was never a registered member in their ward.

In a statement signed by Idris Ali (Chairman, Ajaka Ward 1) and Hassan Mamudu (Secretary, Ajaka Ward 1), the ward executives described the purported resignation as a publicity stunt aimed at scoring “cheap political points.”

The executives stated that available records do not list Idris Husseini Kashim as a member of the APC in Ajaka Ward 1.

The statement reads in part:

1.We Do Not Know Him (Idris Husseini Kashim ) As A Member Of The APC In Ajaka Ward 1 From Available Records

“2. The Old Party Register Was Thoroughly Searched And Even The Comprehensive List Of The Ongoing E-Registration Has No Records Of The Imposter.

“3. We Categorically Submit That The Said Idris Husseini Kashim Has Never Related With Us Politically As A Ward

4.APC As A Political Party Is A Legal Entity And Thus Her Membership Is Procedural And Not Anything Sort Of Facebook Or Social Media Propaganda
