Dallas Cowboys defensive end, Marshawn Kneeland, has passed away at the age of 24.
The American football star reportedly died by apparent suicide late Wednesday night.
He was discovered dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after fleeing Texas State troopers at about 10:30 P.M. local time on Wednesday.
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) in a statement on Thursday disclosed that its personnel attempted to stop the footballer for a traffic violation on the Dallas North Tollway, but he refused to pull over, resulting in a subsequent car chase.
