Afrobeats singer and songwriter, Tiwa Savage has sent tongues wagging on social media after posting a video online. 

The singer sparked concerns after sharing a now viral clip of herself swimming with what looked like “sharks“.

After the post made the rounds, her fans and other netizens took to her comment section to express concern over her decision to take such a risk.

Reacting, in what appeared to be a bold claim about the Nigerian music industry, Savage told fans not to worry about her.

She further added that the sharks in the music industry are more dangerous than those in the waters.

Speaking via her Instastory, Tiwa Savage wrote, “Everyone worried about me swimming with sharks, but the ones in this music industry are way more f*cking dangerous,”

The mother of one is one of the most popular female singers in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
