Data obtained data from the Nigerian System Operator’s portal (niggrid.org) revealed that the grid recorded zero megawatts (MW) as of 9.20am today.

The latest failure comes on the heels of two other collapses earlier in the week, further straining the already fragile power system.

He went on to say that the development led to a loss of power supply across its franchise.
