He also dmonished all Christians in the country to love the Lord our God with all their hearts and with all their souls and minds.’

He went on, “One of the truths of life is that we must always do to others as your will be remember for a number of people you have put smiles in the lives and secondly, they will also remember you for those people you have destroyed. We must be very careful of those things we are doing in this world.

“We should remember that we stil have life after death. We should endeavour to do good to people and put God first in our lives.

“As Christians, we should remember our heavily home. God is asking us today, do you have a house in heaven. One day you are going to give account of what and how you live your lives on this earth.

The clergyman who read from thr Holy Bible, John 14 versus 1-6 and Ecclesiases 12 said some of us are so busy to have time for the work of God saying that we always saying why are we claiming to be Christians when we have to serve our creator, God.

The cleric however described Pa Sunday Abiose Oladapo as a man of full and complete compassion and a man of God to the core who served God with his heart and strength to the end.

“Pa. Sunday Oladapo is a Child of God, he has run the race and accompanied. He served God throughout his lifetime. He was the first vicar’s warden at St. Paul’s Anglican church, Ojodu-Abiodun, Lagos and also in Archdeacon Lenon Anglican Church Okeagbe Akoko,.

While extolling the virtues of late Pa Sunday Oladapo and implored his children, relatives and congregation to emulate him stated that while death was an inescapable passage to eternal life, time and manner it would occur was however unknown to humans, hence the imperative for all human beings to live well.

According to him, living well was akin to “living a responsible life that shows you have a relationship with God, a life that signifies your love for your faith and for humanity”.

He stressed: “Live the way you want to die; and die the way you lived. It is not your presence in the church that tells how well you are living your life.

“Baba was an excellent man. He was man of the community. He was a Christian to the core. He lived a disciplined life, a committed life, and a responsible life; in fact, everything positive was associated with Papa Sunday Abiose Oladapo”, he added.
