Portable vows to retrieve cars he got for artistes who dump his record label

Portable also boasted that he is the artiste who brings in the major money to the music company

Popular singer, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has threatened to take back cars bought by artistes signed to his record label, Zeh Nation, if they leave the music company. 

The controversial singer made this known during a recent Instagram live session with fans, where he insisted the cars are the record label’s properties.

Portable went on to point out that some of his artistes have not made more than N70,000 since joining his record label but despite that, he gifted them multi-million Naira cars.

He further boasted that he is the major artiste on the label and that he is the one bringing in the money to the music company.

Speaking during the chat, the ‘Zazu’ crooner said: “Do you know how many record labels that have signed Abuga before I signed him and gave him fame? Use your brain bro. No enviousness. No ripping. Zeh Nation. (sick)

He went on to add: “However, I will collect all the cars I bought for Youngiduu and Abuga when they leave Zeh Nation.

“The cars are the record label’s properties. I’m the one promoting the record label. I’m the top artist of the record label. I’m the one making all the money for the record label.”

Meanwhile, Portable, recently gifted his new artiste, Abuga Mazuki-Hamadu, a Mercedes-Benz car.

He introduced the new Zeh Nation’s signee to the music scene with their latest hit song, ‘Alimi,’ dedicated to the late Mohbad.

In the track, the self-proclaimed ‘Wahala’ musician paid tribute to the late rapper while addressing the challenges he faced in his life.

Portable, in the new song, also joined other Nigerians in calling for justice for Mohbad.
