Yomi Black’s ex-wife, Elizabeth, wants to love again 1 year after divorce

Elizabeth says the man she is looking for must be above 40 years, God fearing, financially stable and healthy

Elizabeth John, the ex-wife of popular Nollywood actor and movie maker, Yomi Black, has declared she is willing to give love a chance once again, one year after her marriage to the thespian crashed.

She made the disclosure via a recent post she shared on her Instagram page. According to the mother of one, the man in question must meet certain conditions.  

In the post, Elizabeth noted that any man who wants her heart must not be less than 40 years, be God fearing, financially stable, and be in a good state of health. 

She wrote: “Being single has been fun, insightful, growing and healing process/experience. I am grateful to God for all of it. 

“A new chapter begins and I believe that I am ready for new and better…. A lil expo, God fearing and spiritually enlightened (for real × 2). 40 and above. Financially stable. Responsible career. Healthy self confidence and image. Super empathy.”

The marriage of the interior designer to the filmmaker, Yomi Black ended after 9 years, having walked down the aisle in 2012.

Confirming the break-up, Elizabeth took to her Instagram page to celebrate her freedom and thanked God for the good and bad times while the union lasted. 

She wrote, “Finally I’m a free woman. God, I’m grateful for the good times and bad times.

“Thank you for teaching me many lessons and thank you for I know you will send a good man at the right time,” she wrote.

The former beauty queen also said the worst mistake a person can make in his or her life is to rush into marriage, urging people not to give in to societal pressure when choosing life partners.
