The ongoing emotional war between Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, and sensual dancer, Jane Orezimena, popularly known as Janemena, has taken a dramatic turn.

While Janemena has petitioned the police to launch a criminal libelous investigation against Tonto Dikeh and demanded the sum of N500 milion from the actress, Tonto Dikeh has fired back, claiming Janemena was playing a dubious game.

Dikeh, in an Instagram post, had claimed Janemena  begged her for an appointment so she  can explain herself and save her marriage, only  to file a petition alleging libel.

Tonto Dikeh said, “If I say your sex tape exist, I say it again and again, child. You can’t be begging me behind the scenes to save your marriage and begging to see me for an appointment to explain yourself and then come with a petition.

“I’m not as dumb as your boyfriend so I wouldn’t be releasing your tape nor your call a week ago. See you in COURT.”

Janemena’s emotional trauma began when Tonto Dikeh alleged that  Joseph Egbri, aka Prince Kpokpogri, had her sex tape.

Prince Kpokpogri is the ex-lover of Tonto Dikeh. After their romantic affair collapsed, they both decided to spill on each other. While Kpokpogri accused Tonto Dikeh of sleeping around while they were still together, Tonto Dikeh says he is a serial blackmailer who has sex tapes of both married and single women he engages in romantic escapade with.

But  Janemena’s lawyers, Felix, Igelige& Associates, filed a petition against Tonto Dikeh titled, ‘Re: Libellous statements published by you on your Instagram and Facebook pages – a demand for immediate retraction of the libellous publications, tendering of unreserved apology and payment of N500,000,000.00 as exemplary damages to Mrs. Usiwo Orezimena Jane popularly known as Janemena’

It reads in part, “We write you this letter to demand your immediate retraction of your publication referred to above, tender unreserved apology to her and pay her N500m as compensation for the callous publications.

“Janemena is happily married to Mr. Andre Oyeze. She is a native of Isoko in Delta State whose native law and custom forbids a married woman from having sexual relationship with another man. Indeed, it is a taboo in Isoko Land, Delta State for a married woman to have sexual relationship with any man who is not her husband.”
