A Court of Appeal sitting in Makurdi, Benue State has nullified the election of former Senate president elected on the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) platform, Senator David Mark and ordered a rerun within 90 days.
Mark, elected Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District, was challenged by Daniel Onjeh, candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC).
His victory was upheld in October by the National and State assembly petition tribunal sitting in Markudi, Benue State capital.
