The Taraba State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja has declared the gubernatorial candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Aisha Jumai Alhassan, as the bona-fide winner of the April 11 governorship poll.
Consequently, the tribunal headed by Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar sacked Governor Darius Ishaku of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Alhassan was recently cleared by the Senate to take up appointment under President Muhammadu Buhari as a minister.
