Mr. A is so confused, he is tall, dark, handsome, has a good job, nice guy, wears the latest designer clothes, got it all going for himself. But still, none of these attracts a potential partner for him.
The question we might want to ask is: Why is this so for Mr. A? Aren’t what he has or made of enough to attract a potential partner? Isn’t this what many ladies have in their lists of the ideal guy?
Here are some few pointers Mr. A might be missing:
Ladies are not necessarily attracted to the flashy clothes you wear, but to how you carry yourself, even when you are wearing a suit that costs only N5,000. Most especially, they look out for how well you groom yourself in what you put on, for example dabbing on some cologne, being neatly shaven – a neatly shaved beard or haircut combined, your colour combination, having a fresh breath, and so on.
When you meet a potential partner, you must make sure to always keep eye contact. Look deep into her pupils; you will naturally thrill her with the attention as she experiences the tendrils of growing attraction. Women love attention!
Ethnologists have a term for this type of look; it is known as the ‘copulatory gaze’. Enlarging your own pupils while gazing at her makes your eyes even sexier, thus attracting you to her more.
In 1964, a biopsychologist, Dr. Eckhard Hess, in a research, was able to conclude that dilated pupils are far more attractive to women. How does one get the pupils popping? Don’t just keep quiet whenever you have exhausted all your points during a conversation with her. This will make her feel you are not really interested in her. Whenever you find yourself short of words, simply listen carefully to some unusual statements she makes, ask her to expatiate on them, ask questions like: What’s the story behind that? or How do you feel about that?. Women love to be probed for their opinions and their feelings. This not only keeps the conversation going, it also gently brings out her emotions with sensitive open-ended questions.
As we all know, men talk facts: stock figures, bill payments, and boring engine specs. Topics like these bore women, because they are absolutely different from men.
