Tempting Fate in cinemas July 17

All is now set for the official release of Tempting Fate, a stunning and heart-breaking movie, which will begin showing in Nigeria on July 17.

 

The film, an official selection, premiered at the 2015 Pan African Film Festival at the very prestigious Rave Cinema in Hollywood, and at the USA Indie Fest.

tempting-fateProduced by KevStel Group Productions and shot with state-of-the-art equipment, the film, with a star-studded cast drawn from Hollywood and Nollywood, will be released by Silverbird Film Distribution (W.A.) Limited, in multiple top quality theatres in Nigeria.

 

The highly talked about and must-see film, the production company said, will be a great addition to the family entertainment this July.

 

Tempting Fate stars Ramsey Nouah, who plays the part of Ugo, one of two brothers who are portrayed in the film following two very different paths in life. Ugo finds the life of crime appealling and is encouraged to do so by Scorpion, the gang leader played by the highly acclaimed Hollywood actor Dan Davies.

Edu is the calm devout Christian brother of Ugo, who is afflicted with a life-threatening illness. Edu is portrayed by Hollywood actor, Andrew Onochie. John Vogel provides an amazing performance as Detective Travis. The rest of the cast consists of Tiffany Denise Turner as Tracey, Edu’s girlfriend, along with many other exceptional actors and actresses.

 

Meanwhile, some of the major players in the movie and the entertainment industry are expected to grace the premiere on Friday, July 10, at Silverbird Galleria, Victoria Island, Lagos.

 

Shot in California, U.S., it is directed by Kevin Nkem Nwankwor (KNN), while the director of photography (DOP) is Sulekh Suman, and the soundtrack is compiled by gifted performers such as Folorunso Obilana, Pedro Gonzalez Arbona and Daniel Berk, along with featured artiste, Jacobed Melgarejo.

 

Executive producers are Emmanuel Ojeah and Unoma Nwankwor.
