The hope that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) would be trounced during the presidential election on Saturday has made some supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to start ‘sending forth’ APC in style.
With the hashtag #RestInPeaceAPC, supporters of the main opposition party are believing that the good old days would return after APC has been defeated.
According to them, life under APC has been unbearable and they believe members of the party should be allowed to rest.
They say the APC has failed in delivering on its promises and asked that Nigerians vote out the party on Saturday.
According to them, their promises of stopping fuel subsidy has not happened under APC.
They said job losses have spiked under APC and inflation is all-time high.
Killings, violence and deaths have been the hallmark of Buhari’s government, PDP supporters say.
