OPAN denies position on CJN’s suspension

The Online Publishers Association of Nigeria (OPAN) has disassociated itself from a statement in circulation, which claims to be the position of the association on the suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen.

   The OPAN President, Austyn Ogannah, while condemning the statement, described it as illegal and unauthorized.

  He, however, advised the media and the general public that all communications (electronic or otherwise) by OPAN are signed by the President of OPAN, Austyn Ogannah, or jointly with the General Secretary, Daniel Elombah and delivered via info@onlinepublishersng.com.
