Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has reacted to the viral video of Nollywood actor, Aremu Afolayan. The agency asked people not to give any official money before gaining access to the airport terminal.
The statement said that ‘access to airport terminal building is free’.
Aremu Afolayan, a sibling of Nollywood producer, Kunle Ayolayan had posted a video online accusing the government of ineptitude and allowing things to deteriorate at the Airport.
“How can I come to the Airport and you’re telling me to pay?” Afolayan asked. The actor said the airport officials had wanted to extort his family before they could see him or gain access to terminal.
He berated President Muhammadu Buhari, Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, and Ethiopian Airline for a travel ordeal.
