Ace Afrobeats star Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Face, has dismissed rumours that he has reunited with Nollywood actress and ex-wife Annie Macaulay-Idibia.
The ‘African Queen’ hitmaker made the clarification recently in a post shared on his official Instagram handle, after videos of the two of them at a club surfaced online.
The viral clips sparked speculation on social media, with many suggesting the former couple had reconciled and were back together.
Prior to the clarification by 2Face, Annie had rubbished the claims, stressing that the videos were old and did not reflect her current reality.

Speaking via her Instagram story, she wrote: “Old videos circulating everywhere. False news everywhere.”
The 41-year-old thespian later doubled down on the saga in a Snapchat update, writing: “Old videos circulating everywhere. False news everywhere. Lies, lies, lies and more lies! Annie is single! Not going back anywhere!! I do not live there anymore! All that concerns me are my two brilliant, beautiful daughters! My career!”
Reflecting on her healing journey, she added: “I realised that people fight to stay where they’re tolerated rather than where they’re celebrated.”
Confirming Annie’s rebuttal, 2Face took to his verified handle and wrote: “Abeg na old video o.”
