Zendaya took home the coveted Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her performance as addiction-plagued teen Rue Bennett in HBO’s Euphoria.

Actress, Zendaya, has made history on Monday night becoming the youngest two-time Emmy Award winner for acting.
Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman is an American actress and singer. She has received various accolades, including two Primetime Emmy Awards. Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world on its annual list in 2022.
The star, took home the coveted Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her performance as addiction-plagued teen Rue Bennett in HBO’s Euphoria.
She delivered an emotional acceptance speech which touched on her ‘greatest wish’ for the coming-of-age drama, as well as how the vulnerability of Euphoria fans has inspired her on and off screen.
My greatest wish for Euphoria was that it could help heal people,’ said the former Disney Channel star, who appeared to be holding back tears as she looked out on the crowd of her peers.

Along with being the youngest-ever two-time honoree, she is also the first Black woman in history to take home the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series award twice, as reported by Variety.
Zendaya wowed at the Emmys in a billowing black Valentino gown and Bulgari jewelry curated her go-to stylist Law Roach.
She looked every bit the pageant queen with a voluminous half up, half down hairstyle that was secured in place with a black satin headband.
As for makeup, the Shake It Up alum’s complexion had a radiant glow and her eyelids with dusted a shimmery champagne-toned eyeshadow.
Her plump pout was painted a warm nude shade that was topped with a clear gloss.
