Wolves after losing four times in a row are now 19th on the English Premier League (EP) table and four points from safety

Wolves have parted ways with their manager, Gary O’Neil after Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to nineteenth placed Ipswich Town at Molineux Stadium.
According to the BBC, even though Wolves are yet to publicly disclose this, multiple sources confirmed the development.
His sacking comes just three days after Wolves chairman Jeff Shi said the club was “united” behind O’Neil following Monday’s defeat at West Ham.
Saturday’s defeat was their 11th in the Premier League this season and they have had only two wins.

O’Neil replaced Julen Lopetegui just four days before the start of the 2023-24 season, with Wolves going on to finish 14th.
His team knocked Liverpool and Manchester United out of the FA Cup along the way and picked up Premier League wins over Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal.
The then newly-promoted club then went on do a double over raining champions, Manchester City the following year.
However, Wolves’ latest defeat to eighteenth placed Ipswich means they have lost four times in a row and are four points from safety.
