The 20th Olu Of Warri, Ikenwoli Godfrey Emiko, has passed away.

The monarch died of complications related to coronavirus (COVID-19) on Monday December 21, 2020, a week after his fifth coronation anniversary.

Though the Palace and Delta State government are yet to make official announcement on the demise of the first class monarch, he was among the contacts of the late Major General John Irefin, who died on December 10, 2020 in Abuja from COVID-19 complications.
