-

The president of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Ayuba Wabba, is currently marching thousands of protesters to meet the man who declared him wanted for economic sabotage, Governor Nasir El-Rufai, at the governor’s lodge.

The protesters, comprising the more than 4,000 sacked workers, civil servants, artisans and other Nigerians, chanted solidarity songs while marching to the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, the resident of the Kaduna state governor.

El-Rufai, had declared National President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Ayuba Wabba, and other leaders of the union wanted over what he termed ‘economic sabotage.’

A tweet from the governor’s verified twitter page, said the labour leaders were declared wanted under the Miscellaneous Offences Act.
