The AFC Toronto striker is expected to play a key role in the Super Eagles’ clash against Botswana later today.
Speaking about the upcoming encounter, Okoronkwo said the nine time champions will continue to work diligently to achieve their objectives in the tournament.
She said, “We only have to take the positives and fix what is needed to be fixed from the previous game. Go back, watch the videos, make some corrections, and keep working as a team.”
An emphatic win for the Super Falcons in the encounter against Botswana will ensure they secure a place in the quarter-finals of this year’s event no matter the outcome of their final group game.
