Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, today visited afrobeat maestro, Femi Kuti, days after the singer said he would never be Obidient because the term connotes compliant to anything.

Peter Obi’s supporters adopted the moniker, Obidient, to show their support for the Labour Party presidential candidate. But Femi Kuti chastised the tag Obidient because it implies blind support for the person of Peter Obi.
