Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, is set to engage the international community today at the prestigious Chatham House, the foreign policy institute in London.
Obi arrived in London along with his team, including the party’s National Chairman, Julius Abure, activist and frontline mobiliser for Obi, Aisha Yesufu, deputy director-general of the Obi/Datti Campaign Organisation, Valentine Ozigbo, among others.
Obi’s session at Chatham House is expected to take place at 1:00 p.m. Nigerian time and last for only an hour.
The former Anambra State governor will have the opportunity to share his vision and, most likely, how to articulate them to international investors, Africans, and Nigerians in particular, during Monday’s session.
In a video posted by Ozigbo, some of the individuals in the delegation of Obi to Chattam House could be seen.
Ozigbo posted the video on his Twitter handle, accompanied with a tweet: “We’ve just arrived London, where HE @PeterObi is scheduled to speak at Chatham House. We look forward to a positive engagement with the UK press. In video: @NgLabour Nationa Chairman Barr Julius Abure, @AishaYesufu, Amb Joe Keshi and wife, Dayo, @vic01684237 and @IsaacBalama.”
