VIDEO: Body of Salome Adaidu, allegedly murdered by gospel singer, buried

The body of Salome Adaidu, the young lady allegedly murdered by gospel singer Timileyin Ajayi, has been buried.
Ajayi was arrested in Nasarawa after being caught with Adaidu’s severed head in a polythene bag. The incident reportedly occurred on Sunday in Agwan Sarki, Orozo, near the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Authorities apprehended Ajayi following an intelligence tip-off, which led them to an uncompleted building. During interrogation, the suspect confessed to the crime, claiming they had a heated altercation during which Adaidu allegedly attempted to stab him.

Ajayi, who is also known as a motivational speaker on TikTok, revealed in a viral video that he was in a relationship with Adaidu for a year. He also admitted that the rest of her body was at his residence.
A video of Adaidu’s burial on Monday night has surfaced online, capturing the sombre moment her remains were laid to rest. Heart-wrenching sounds of weeping could be heard in the background.
Authorities have launched an investigation to uncover the full details surrounding Adaidu’s tragic death, as the community mourns the loss of a young life.
