A viral video showing a bandit taking a photo with a Whiteman in an undisclosed forest, has triggered reactions on social media.
The video of a smiling bandit who loosely hung an AK47 while waving a finger with a Whiteman beside him appearing relaxed, has aroused curiosity on social media over what a terrorist is doing with a Whiteman in a forest.
An X handle known for posting Security news about bandits and terrorists, @ZagazOlaMakama, revealed that the bandit in the photo is Mai Jakka, a bandit affiliated with Saidu’s camp.
According to @ZagazOlaMakama, the bandit and his colleagues rescued the Whiteman who was abducted by another group.
The handle claimed that the Whiteman is a staff of Triacta NIG LTD. It claimed that the company has an agreement with the firm which is a civil engineering construction company that has been involved in road construction and rehabilitation works in many parts of the North.
The post from @ZagazOlaMakama reads: “This bandit, Mai Jakka, operates under Saidu’s camp. They saved the white man who was abducted by another camp since Triacta NIG LT, the company he works for, has a truce with them. He was therefore saved by the Saidu camp and taken to the Old PW side, which is situated between Kuka-me-raffu and Kwanar Sado.”
