Popular television host, Rufai Oseni, has slammed Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara, for making the remarks he made after his reinstatement, saying he is “celebrating peace of the graveyard”.
He made this known on Saturday morning via a now viral post he shared on his official X page.
Fubara had while making a statewide broadcast on Friday, urged residents of Rivers State to reflect on the lessons of the six-month emergency rule imposed by President Bola Tinubu on the State.
He added that “the costliest peace is cheaper than the cheapest war.”

Fubara further claimed he cooperated with the Tinubu’s government and resisted pressures to challenge the constitutionality of the emergency rule in order to safeguard peace, stability, and progress in the state.
Reacting to the assertions, Oseni, who is the anchor of Arise Television’s Morning Show disagreed with the Rivers State governor.
He went on to suggest that Fubara has been “bullied and subdued”.
Speaking via his verified social media handle, Oseni wrote: “Fubara is celebrating peace of the grave yard, after he has been bullied and subdued. Peace is better than war he says, play back all his tapes for him.”
