William Troost-Ekong’s Watford came from behind to beat Everton 5-2 in a 7 goal feast at Goodison Park.

The home side, Everton, went ahead just 3 mins from the kick-off when Tom Davies converted a pass from Demarai Gray.

Watford equalized in the 13th minute through Joshua King after an assist from Graig Cathcart, to end the first half 1-1.

Everton drew the first blood in the second half when they scored through Richarlison in the 63rd minute to make it 2-1 in favor of Everton. 

Watford equalized once again when Juan Hernandez provided an assist for Juraj Kucka to level the score at 2-2.  

The away side went ahead for the first time in the game in the 80th minute when  Joshua King scored his brace, he made it a hat-trick after an assist from Nigeria’s Emmanuel Dennis in the 87th

The Nigerian, capped a very fruitful afternoon when he scored his first goal of the game and Watford 5th in the 91st minute to end the intriguing encounter 5-2 in favor of Watford.

In other games, Newcastle held Crystal Palace at a 1-1 draw, Christian Benteke scored for the home side, while Callum Wilson equalized for Newcastle in the 65th minute. 

Leeds United came from behind to force Wolverhampton Wanderers to a 1-1 draw in the extra minute, while Southampton was also held to a 2-2 draw at home by Burnley.
