Rapper and former Big Brother Nigeria housemate, Tochukwu Okechukwu, better known as Tochi, has advised his colleague Wathoni, to stop wallowing in self pity.
The 29-year-old real estate agent made the statement while chastising another ex-BBNajja housemate, Wathoni, via his Instagram page yesterday.
The mother of one, Wathoni, had gone on Twitter earlier in the day to allege that she missed an endorsement deal because she is not as controversial as some of her former colleagues.
She wrote, “ I was going to sign another endorsement before the year ends but they withdrew because I am not ‘controversial.’ Omoooo my colleagues do you all the way if it brings food on the table.” (sic)

Reacting to the claim, Tochi told her that contrary to her feelings, he and the rest of his colleagues love her.
He, however, advised her to quit acting as though everyone is out to get her because it is fast becoming a habit.
He wrote: “@wathonianyansi people love you! For real! I do! you need to stop acting like everyone is out to get you, this behavior has lasted for too long now!”
Wathoni replied him by sharing a screenshot of a WhatsApp message from Tochi where he wrote, “Listen, I’m really sorry for the lash out during the reunion. I know how hard and frustrating the internet is. Moreover, you didn’t say anything directly at me you are a good mum and a good friend.”
She then added her comment saying: “Let’s show everything in public Tochi. Don’t go in private like this apology and come and ask silly questions. My life my business. Stay off! You think too much of yourself, Tochi. Stay pressed. Clout chaser isonu,” (sic)
Tochi replied staying reposting what he sent to her long ago is a proof of her self pity mentality.
He said, “Screenshot is from June, so it’s totally unnecessary! I sent it after the reunion. It shows the same thing I’m saying.”
Tochi and Watboni were part of the season 5 ‘lockdown’ edition of BBNaija, which had the likes of Nengi, Ozor, Dorathy, and Kidwayya. The edition was eventually won by Nigerian rapper, Laycon.
