We will interview all those who have indicated interest in vying for the presidential tickets of the various political parties.
We are starting this series before the primary season so that the party delegates will know what the candidates are offering when they make their choice at the primaries.
This will help them make informed choices.
TheNiche interviews will be based on two major questions – (a) Why do you want to be Nigeria’s president? (b) How do you intend to execute your presidential mandate if elected?.
For too long Nigerians have been going to the polls to elect people they hardly know as leaders who will make authoritative allocation of our collective values.
They cast their votes without the candidates promising anything.
The end result is the chaos in the land.
That needs to stop.
TheNiche, in its inimitable style, starting this week, will be running the presidential aspirants interviews.
