Terem Moffi urges Super Eagles to beat Lesotho, Benin, assures Nigeria ‘ll qualify for World Cup

Super Eagles striker, Terem Moffi has urged his teammates to focus on beating  Lesotho and the Benin Republic, and wait for the outcome of the fixtures of other teams in their group.

He gave the advice recently during an interview with the Super Eagles media team.

Nigeria will face Lesotho and Benin on Friday and Tuesday, respectively.

The Super Eagles, who are currently three points behind South Africa and the Benin Republic in Group C standings, will need to win their two outstanding fixtures to have a chance.

While discussing the encounters, Moffi demanded that his teammates should concentrate on playing their part and worry less about the outcome of games of other teams in their group.

The OGC Nice forward also expressed confidence that Nigeria will qualify for the 2026 World Cup.

Moffi said, “We are really confident about qualifying for the World Cup

“We have to do our part and wait for the result of the other team. So, we are really confident things will go our way.”
