Tems while responding to a question during a recent interview, said for a man to get her to date him, he must be smart and have a mind of his own

Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer, Temilade Openiyi, known professionally as Tems, has given out hints for men who may be trying to win her heart.
The Nigerian music star has dropped the hint in a recent video that made the rounds on social media, where she claimed she only dates smart men as she doesn’t want the person to feel manipulated.
In the now viral clip, the interviewer, while trying to know the kind of man appeals to the 27-year-old singer asked, “What does it take for someone to get a date with Tems?”

Responding to the question, the ace singer said the man must be smarter than her and have a mind of his own.
“You have to be really smart, outsmart me, not necessarily in terms of knowledge but about life, you have to make me feel I can’t manipulate you,” Tems replied.
After the video surfaced online, netizens took to the comment section to react to the assertion made by Tems that she only dates smart men.
An internet user identified as your next hair wrote, “Only Geminis will understand her.”
