SWEEP Foundation bags outstanding NGO award

Another plaque of honour for members of SWEEP Foundation as the Waste Management Society of Nigeria (WAMASON) presented an award to the non governmental organisation (NGO) for Promoting Çircular Economy in Nigeria.
The recognition was made at the 2023 WAMASON Dinner & Award Night which was held Friday 28th April 2023 at a Banquet Hall, Ikeja.
In his response after receiving the award, SWEEP foundation Chief Executive, Ambassador Philip Obuesi expressed gratitude for counting his organisation worthy of the award.
Obuesi noted that the Award would spur SWEEP to continue in its stride in promoting circular economy in the country.
“It’s a great honour and recognition for the SWEEP Foundation. We are grateful for the award. We thank WAMASON for such recognition and wish them well in their future endeavours,” Obuesi said.
