Embattled Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has fired back at the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Emeka Rollas, after he publicly stated that she “needs help.”

Her strong response was shared on Friday via a now-trending post on her official Instagram page.

Rollas had, in a lengthy social media post on Thursday, advised Rita Daniels (Regina’s mother) to focus on Regina’s mental health instead of contesting the AGN presidency.

He also called out some Nollywood veterans for remaining silent over the ongoing public dispute and alleged messy breakup between Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

Taking to his Instagram account, Rollas wrote: “Regarding Regina, we all know she needs help. Your silence is unfair.”

Responding directly to the AGN president’s comment, Regina Daniels replied: “Respectfully, there must be something wrong with you, sir, to say I need help?”

While accusing Rollas of ingratitude and financial misconduct, the actress added: “I say you are a disgrace of a president who just visits one office to another, enriching his pocket under the guise of catering to the wellbeing of actors.

“Well, I’m not shocked because that is how you get paid—bringing women to my family home several times to take swimming lessons, which I warned you about—hence your bitterness.”
