Soludo will turn Anambra State into Silicon Valley of Africa, says Oye, APGA National Chairman

National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Victor Ike Oye has assured the Anambra electorate that the party’s governorship candidate in the November 6 election, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo will turn the state into the Silicon Valley of Africa if elected.

Oye who spoke to over 20,000 party faithful at the official flag-off of APGA campaign rally at the Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka, Anambra State, on Saturday,  enthused that Soludo has all the contacts and connections to achieve the feat.

He described Soludo as a man who is highly experienced, having traversed the entire globe consulting for the best organisations and financial institutions as an iterant scholar, distinguishing himself in the process

“Soludo will turn Anambra State into the Silicon Valley of Africa. He has the intellectual prowess, contacts and global connections to bring this to fruition” Oye stated

He therefore called on the party faithful to work and bond together in supporting Soludo to win the gubernatorial election come November 6, 2021, adding that Anambra will be better for it.

“We need to work together, bond together in supporting Soludo to emerge victorious at the polls, and Anambra will be better for it,” Oye further stated

The national chairman also poured encomiums on Governor Willie Obiano, describing him as a highly performing Governor whose performance is unimpeachable.

He cited the legacy projects of the Obiano administration which include the Anambra International Cargo and Passenger Airport, the 10,000 sitting capacity International Conference Centre, the Awka City Stadium and several other projects that have impacted positively on the lives of the people of Anambra State

“Our performance in Anambra State is unimpeachable. Our Governor has performed exceedingly well and our in-coming Governor will continue from there,” Oye asserted
