Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, better known as Skales, has expressed concern over the dwindling impact of the Nigerian government in the lives of its citizens.
He made his feelings known in a recent tweet he shared on his official X page, where he lamented that helpless Nigerians can no longer get succour from their own leaders.
According to the artiste, citizens of the country now seek justice through fellow citizens like popular activist, Martins Vincent Otse aka VeryDarkMan (VDM), instead of politicians and government establishments
Speaking via his verified social media handle, Skales tweeted, “It’s crazy what is going on in Nigeria … imagine where the citizens cannot run to the government but to a fellow citizen like VDM for help ….smh!! God bless & protect him tho.”
His comment comes as more Nigerians are turning to popular social media personality, VeryDarkMan to seek justice.
Others also approach the outspoken influencer and his Non Governmental Organization (NGO) for financial aid.
