Skales was condemning the level of insecurity after Mohbad’s death when the PRO threw a jibe at him

Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter., Raoul John Njeng-Njeng popularly known as Skales recently clashed with the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, Bright Edafe, after the security operative aimed a subtle dig at him.
Skales had on Thursday gone on his X page, formerly Twitter, to condemn the prevailing level of insecurity in the country, following the death of the late singer Mohbad.
In a series of tweets, the ‘Shake Body’ crooner raised the alarm about the spate of insecurity in the country.
He went on to link to the death of his colleague, Mohbad, but triggered a response of the Delta State Police PRO when he said, “ Police no Dey this country.”
Reacting to the singer’s chastisement of the security agency on social media, Edafe took to his official X handle to remind Skales that Twitter is not a police station.

The Police spokesman wrote: “Twitter is not a police station! Twitter is not a police station!! Twitter is not a police station!!! May his soul rest in peace, Amen.”
After a back-and-forth exchange online, the singer slammed the police PRO and tweeted: ” My friend will you shut up…stupid criminals.
He further added: “We leave in a country where the truth is clear but nothing will be done about it … I rest my case back to catering for my daughter… no hope for Naija men.
“No friends for this industry … if not for my stubborn head and God ehn… pray for your artiste friends.” (sic)
