Singer, Chike explains why he bars ladies from his house

Chike also said he would start asking female visitors to drop their phones at the door to stop them from making videos

Nigerian singer, songwriter and actor, Chike Ezekpeazu Osebuka, popularly known by his first name, Chike, has revealed he does not condone ladies making videos inside his house. 

The ‘Boo of the booless’ crooner also said once he noticed a female visitor had made videos and taken pictures, while she visited him, he would not invite such a lady over again.

He made the disclosure while featuring as a guest on the latest episode of the Echoo Room audiovisual podcast hosted by Quincy Jonze.

According to the singer, he always appeals to his female visitors not to use their phones to make videos or snap pictures whenever they visit his mansion but most times, his pleas fall on deaf ears as they flout his orders most times. 

Chike said, “See, we are all human beings and we have considerations. I politely try to say ‘Oh! Please, don’t make videos. But guess what, 99 per cent of time, they still do. They just do it when you are not there. So, it’s very annoying. What will I do? I just won’t have you over again.

“The video you have made, carry it and go. Anything you want to say from the video, that one concern you. We had intercourse abi? No wahala, at least it’s man to woman.”

He went on to say in addition to stopping such women from visiting his house in the future, he might have to start asking ladies to drop their phones at the door before entering his house to enforce compliance.
