A trending photo of upcoming Nigerian singer, Michael Adebayo Olayinka, better known as Ruger without his eyepatch has sent tongues wagging on social media.
The ‘Bounce’ crooner who is known to wear his signature one-eyed eyepatch left netizens who had once felt he damaged his left eye wondering if the cover was just a fashion statement.
Although he once said during an interview, that his reason for wearing the eye patch was music related, the latest development suggests he might not have any eye impairment.
In the picture of Ruger and his colleague, Rema, which surfaced online, the two singers were seen seemingly having fun at a local bar, with the former leaving both eyes uncovered.
Sharing the photo, which revealed his bare face for the first time, a Twitter user identified as Abdulltwits wrote: “Wait…So Ruger get two eyes??”

After the photo trended on social media, fans of the fast-rising artiste took to the comment section to react after getting a glimpse of the crooner’s face.
A netizen identified as One luxe_by_steph wrote, “He looks like a fine girl here 😍”
