Amorim is under pressure at Man United due to the club’s poor performances so far in the Premier League this season.

He has also faced constant questions about whether his tactical system is suitable for the Premier League giants.

Man United have not won a back to back league game since Amorim took charge of the club.

They have also not been consistent, as they have recorded just 10 points from seven matches this season.

Speaking on the show, Keane said  Simeone, who has won two La Liga titles, two Europa League trophies, and reached the Champions League final on two different occasions with Atletico Madrid, will be the perfect manager to coach Man United.

He added that the Argentine has the required personality to solve the crisis at the English outfit.

He, however, admitted that signing him  does not guarantee EPL success for the Red Devils.

Keane said, “I have said it for years, I would like to see Atletico Madrid’s Simeone go in there [Manchester United], I would like to see him go in there.

“I think he would walk up to that place and say, ‘Hey, this is how you do things

“Obviously, it is no guarantee, but I would just like to see his personality, his track record.

“People might think styles of football… they beat Real Madrid, they scored five last week, this idea he is defensive, yeah, he does not like his team giving up too many goals or chances, but they can play a bit.

“He is still on the sideline, causing… he got sent off that night. I would like a big personality.”
